Apply a generous amount of HighOnLove Firming Body Oil to clean dry skin. Using the wooden massage tool glide with gentle to firm pressure in upward strokes–working from ankles toward thighs or from wrists to shoulders. Use circular motions on the abdomen and targeted strokes on hips arms and thighs to support lymphatic drainage and enhance absorption. For best results use daily or at least 3 times per week.
