Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Most items are shipped via standard ground shipping.
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Expedited shipping is not currently available.
Discreet Packaging
Every order is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure your privacy.
The shipping label will not include our brand name or the nature of the contents.
Billing statements will reference a generic business name, not LuvPleasure.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $59 within the continental U.S.
Orders under $59 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee, based on the item’s weight and size.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on item availability or if your order includes a free gift.
You will receive separate tracking numbers when this occurs.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
Shipping Issues
If your tracking shows as “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with household members or neighbors and allow 24 hours.
If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
LuvPleasure is not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Address Changes
Once your order is submitted, we’re unable to change the shipping address.
To avoid errors, please double-check your address at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Due to our fulfillment process, orders cannot be canceled once they’ve been sent for processing. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to make changes — we’ll do our best to assist before shipping begins.
