This policy is in accordance with U.S. consumer law and global standards regarding intimate and hygienic products. Under FTC guidelines, sellers may set their own return terms as long as they are clearly communicated. Similarly, EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16 exempts sealed hygiene-related goods from return rights once opened.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturer fault, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos or video of the issue.
We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, depending on the nature of the defect.
Claims made after the 3-day window may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

Lubricants, massage oils, and other body-contact consumables
Lingerie and intimate apparel
Any opened, used, or unsealed item
Final sale or clearance items

Shipping & Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a damaged or defective item, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds apply to the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping of any approved items. We recommend using a trackable method.
