Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. If it’s been longer, please contact us using the form above and include your order number.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns on most unopened, unused items within 30 days. Lingerie must be unworn, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached. Due to the intimate nature of our products, opened items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. Please read our full Return Policy
Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes, all orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of LuvPleasure or adult products. Your privacy is our priority.
Will your company name appear on my credit card?
We use discreet billing. Your credit card statement will show a neutral name without any reference to adult products or our website.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $59 qualify for free, discreet shipping. Orders below that amount have a flat rate starting at $5.95.
How can I cancel or change my order?
We understand that sometimes things change! If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it.
Since we process orders quickly, we may not be able to cancel or change the order once it has been submitted. We’ll always do our best to help — just reach out through the contact form above with your order number and request details.
